Electrical,
Instrumentation, and Controls: Upgrades include replacement of 4 motors control centers, 2 in DAFT Electrical
room (namely MCC-13 (5 sections) and MCC-14 (6 sections)), 2 in Digester Complex
South Electrical room (namely MCC-08-005A (9 sections) and MCC-08-005B (7 sections)). Please direct project specific questions to lead estimator Tyler Hammond at [email protected]/ 469-766-2929. PCL intends to break up the requirements into smaller portions to
encourage maximum participation, arrange time frames for contracts &
establish delivery schedules, where the requirements permit, in a way that
encourages & facilitates participation of DBE’s. Payment & Performance
Bonds may be required & bonding assistance is available. Subs and Suppliers
are encouraged to contact PCL for insurance requirements, equipment &
materials, plans & specs or if any other assistance is needed. WIFIA Federal funding requirements apply and
include but are not limited to; DBE - EPA 40 CFR Part 33, Davis Bacon General
Decision Number CO20240002, AIS, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO),
Affirmative Action & Fair Share Objectives. Bidder’s attention is
called to the WIFIA requirements included in the plan room. The
contract includes Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements and
goals. Certified DBEs are encouraged to bid.
