PROJECT LOCATION: 25401 Bouquet Canyon Rd., Santa Clarita, CA 91350

We are seeking quotes for construction, supplies, materials, equipment, and services (business services, professional services, etc) for the subject project.  

This project has funding that requires the following: BABA, AIS, and Davis-Bacon.

Project Scope: The project generally consists of site construction, building construction, pipeline installation, and equipment installation for groundwater treatment systems. The work includes, but is not limited to mobilization, demolition, and site excavation; well pump, discharge pipeline, and electrical modifications; replacement of a suspended flexible expansion joint and waterline piping on the Bouquet Canyon Road Bridge; water and drain pipelines installation; equipment installation for an ion exchange system and GAC system (pressure vessels, pipes, cartridge filters, etc.); chemical storage/feed system installation; building construction; retaining wall construction; electrical work; system start-up including owner furnished ion exchange resin, coordination and system flushing; and all associated work as indicated in the Contract Documents.

The selected contractor & its sub-contractors shall comply with the Davis-Bacon labor compliance program. All Contractors and sub-contractors shall also comply with BABA & AIS requirements.

Bonds for work performed will be required in the amount of 10%. General Lability Insurance shall be

$1,000,000 per occurrence ($2,000,000 aggregate), auto lability $1,000,000 per accident combined single limit, Employers Liability $1,000,000, Excess liability limits shall be no less than $3,000,000, Workers Comp Insurance Shall be statutory as required by the Labor Code of the State of California, Builder’s Risk shall provide limits equal to 100% of completed value of Project.
