Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
i. Repair and reconstruction of the existing perimeter fence concrete pilasters along Harrison St and Precita Ave, and the existing concrete wall fence in the south play yard ii. Repairs and restoration of the spalled exterior concrete walls and decorative moldings around the window openings. iii. Repairs of cracked exterior walls and decorative moldings of the building that involves stripping of the existing coatings down to bare concrete, concrete wall and cement plaster restoration, application of joint sealants and high-performance coating, and painting. iv. Allowance Nos. 1 and 2 as described under Section 01 21 00. v. The Work also includes hazardous material abatement
