Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

The Project is described as: The Work is a trail improvement project. Site improvements include the renovation of three trails. Segments at twin peaks open space. Work will include: Removal of existing pressure treated box steps and trail elements, decommissioning social trail, benching new trail, construction of box steps, stringer steps, split rail fencing and way finding signage. TRADES REQUESTED:  DEMO | LANDSCAPING | SIGNAGE
