Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
a. Repair of exterior wall cracks and spalls.
b. Elastomeric coating system on exterior wall surfaces.
c. Sealant work at existing roof flashing, expansion joints, louvers, and scuppers.
d. Security doors on existing roof access ladders.
e. Abatement of hazardous materials.
Any contractor is welcome to submit a sub bid for any of the above listed trades to our company.
