Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
· Selective demolition including hazardous materials and abatement.
· Cement plaster.
· Sheet metal flashing.
· Roof accessories.
· Scaffolding.
The project is generally described as: Wall repair coating on the exterior walls of the Auditorium Building at Lowell High School. This work involves the following:
· Repair of exterior wall cracks and spalls.
· Elastomeric coating system on exterior wall surfaces.
· Sealant work at existing roof flashing, expansion joints, louvers, and scuppers.
· Security doors on existing roof access ladders.
· Abatement of hazardous materials.
Construction schedule: To begin in June 2024
