Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
All qualified DVBE subcontractors and/or suppliers for all relevant trades such as but not limited to: earthwork, demolition, concrete, paving, landscaping, fire alarm/sprinkler, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry, framing, flooring, paint, glass/glazing, doors and hardware, drywall, ceiling, roofing, etc.
Project Scope of work consists of construction of a new student services building, a new special education classroom building, a storage expansion to the existing cafeteria building, a covered school entry canopy and monument structure, relocation of existing condensing units to a new rooftop mechanical well, a new visitor parking area, a new student drop off area, and associated site work.
