Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
concrete, concrete reinforcement, vapor barriers, underlayment, concrete finish,
structural steel, steel decking, metal stairs, decorative metal railings, sheathing, exterior finish carpentry, architectural woodwork, plastic paneling, waterproofing,
insulation, metal roof panels, metal composite wall panels, TPO roofing, roofing accesories, fireproofing, fire stopping, hollow metal doors and frames, FRP doors,
access doors, overhead coiling doors, aluminum entrances and storefronts, door hardware, aluminum windows, glazing, louvers, gypsum board, metal framing, plaster,
tiling, acoustic ceiling, resilient base, flooring, painting, visual display units, signage, toilet compartments, fire protection accessories, fire extinguishers, metal lockers,
food service equipment, projection screens, roller window shades, countertops, elevator, fire sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, controls, electrical, communications, alarm
systems, irrigation, paving, chain link fence, metal fences and gates, planting, soil preparation.
The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Replacement of eight temporary portable buildings with two new structures, and associated site work. New electrical service to
the campus. Demolition of two existing restrooms and construction of a new kitchen. Setup and removal of a temporary kitchen in the auditorium. Setup and installation of interim housing units on
yard 4. Sitework and stormwater management elements throughout the campus. Hazardous materials abatement.

"All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors and Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors must be
prequalified in order to bid on this project. No bids will be received or opened from Bidders who have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All Mechanical,
Electrical and Plumbing Subcontractors listed by
Bidders in Section 00 43 36 (Designated Subcontractor List) must be pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure (including C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20. C-34, C-36, C-38,
C-42, C-43, and C-46). A bid will be non-responsive if any Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Plumbing Subcontractors are submitted that have not been pre-qualified through the District’s
Pre-Qualification Procedure. The list of Pre-Qualified General Contractors and Sub-Contractors is posted on the PQBids and SFUSD websites at:
