Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Project scope consists of but is not limited to the following: abatement and removal of existing administration portable building. Construction of a new 2,600 SF administration building. Student restroom renovation. Site work. Plastic laminate countertop at reception counter (alternate one), asphalt in lieu of concrete at main entry (alternate two), and wall tile in lieu of FRP at Staff Restrooms (alternate three).
The district has a goal of 3% of the overall contract value be by DVBE certified organizations. Please send all bid request or questions to [email protected] NO LATER THAN 4/16 5PM in order for proper review.
