We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Item 1- Site Demolition, Cut & Haul Excess Material
Item 2- Cold Plane 2” Existing AC Surface, Haul off to City Yard
Item 3- Type A Hot Mix Asphalt
Item 4- Apply Fog Seal on New Pavement
Item 5- 11- Various Thermoplastic Striping & Markings
Item 12- Furnish & Install Project Funding Sign for SB1
Item 13- Furnish & Install FYG W11-15 Sign and FYG W16-7P Sign
Item 14- Furnish & Install Blue Retroreflective Fire Hydrant Marker
Item 15- Adjust Survey Monument Cover to Grade
Item 16- Adjust Sewer Manhole Cover to Grade
Item 17- Quality Control Program
Item 18- Temporary Traffic Control
Item 19- Prepare & Implement WPCP
** Also requesting Asphalt, Fog Seal, Thermoplastic Paint, and Sign DBE Supplier Quotes**

Subcontractors are required to hold a valid contractors license as well as current Liability, Commercial Auto & Workers Compensation Insurance with applicable limits to meet the contract documents for said project. We encourage DBE certified firms to contact Westrock General Engineering to learn what assistance we can provide to you such as: lines of credit, insurance, bonds, equipment, supplies, materials, discounts, plans and specifications, technical assistance and services, and other related services. Subcontractor and Trucking quotes/bids must be valid at minimum for the entire duration of the project stated in the contract documents. Subcontractor and Supplier bids are required by 5:00 PM April 17, 2024.
