Chrisp Company, a Signatory Union Contractor, is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers including certified DBE Firms for the following items of work, including but not limited to the following: Traffic Control and Material Supplies. Subcontractors are required to meet insurance and labor requirements. Subcontractors may be required to provide 100% Payment and Performance Bonds. Please contact us for assistance. FIRMS MUST INCLUDE copy of business license with quote. Quotes are required to be in accordance with the plans and specifications and good for the contract duration as specified in the bid documents. We intend to help and work with all qualified firms seeking participation on this project. QUOTES MUST BE EMAILED AT LEAST 2 DAYS BEFORE BID DUE DATE.

To view or obtain plans, specs, and project documents, FIRMS should contact the CONTRACTOR to get required project resource. The CONTRACTOR will provide FIRMS, if requested with required assistance in bonding and insurance. Quotes per project bid items must be submitted before the due date and with time to allow for proper evaluation. Quotes are required to be in accordance with project plans, specs, and good for the entire contract duration. The project is a prevailing wage public job. The FIRM’S quote must consider all terms related to prevailing wage terms. FIRMS must possess and maintain a current contractor’s license, insurance, and worker’s compensation coverage during the project. FIRMS must be CUF “Commercial Useful Function”, so the participation goal is accepted towards the Good Faith Effort. 100% payment bond and performance bond for the full amount of the subcontract price may be required. FIRMS that submit their quote explicitly acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and responsibilities. We are an equal opportunity employer.
