Seeking All DBE Subcontractors/Suppliers needed for, including but not limited to:  CONSTRUCTION AREA SIGNS; TRAFFIC CONTROL system/TRAFFIC FLAGGERS; RESET, ADJUST ROADWAY ITEMS; PLANE ASPHALT CONCRETE; CLEARING & GRUBBING; HIGHWAY Planting; Soil Amendments; Erosion Control; Irrigation System; Temporary Erosion Control; Roadside Signs; CONCRETE CURB & SIDEWALK – MISC.; SAWCUTTING; SURVEY OR HISTORICAL mONUMENT; THERMOPLASTIC TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAINTED TRAFFIC STRIPING & MARKING; PAVEMENT MARKER; SIGNAL & LIGHTING; LIGHTING; MESSAGE SIGNS, LIGHTING & SIGN ILLUMINATION; LAND SURVEYOR/LAND SURVEYING; STREET SWEEPING TRUCK; LANDSCAPING CONTRACTOR; OIL ASPHALT SUPPLIER/ASPHALT OIL TANKERS; LOCATION and MAPPING UG UTILITIES; or any item of work or material you are qualified to perform or furnish.  NON-DBE SUBS/SUPPLIERS:  You will be expected to carry a proportionate percentage of 2nd-Tier DBE participation with your quote.  Second-tier DBE participation will be evaluated with your price.

George Reed, Inc. is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, and Cement Masons Unions.     A 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of subcontract price.     George Reed, Inc. will pay bond premium up to 2%.     Subcontractor must possess current insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting Owner’s and GRI’s insurance requirements.     Insurance waiver of subrogation is also required.     Please call if you need assistance with  bonding, lines of credit, insurance, obtaining necessary equipment, supplies, materials, or any related services; or assistance with breaking down items into economically feasible units or establishing flexible time frames for performance and delivery schedules to encourage or facilitate your participation.    George Reed, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
