Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

Demolition, Abatement, Concrete, Carpentry, Painting, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical trades. The Project is generally described as, but not limited to, restoration and repairs of a viewing stand building involving: selective demolition, hazardous materials abatement, concrete rehabilitation, joint sealants, FRP doors, door hardware, painting, signs, HVAC, plumbing, fire sprinklers, electrical, lighting, fire alarm devices. 

The estimated construction value of the work is $ 900,000.00.
