Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Carpentry, demolition, concrete, fence trades. The Project is generally described as: Partial removal of existing wood fence, structural supports and its replacement with new wood fence topped with chain link mesh, supported on new drilled concrete piers, to match existing fence height and finishes along play yard eastern property line. New wood fence includes painting, patch and repair work throughout the existing asphalt paving and ground areas where drilled piers will be placed and replacement of play yard edge rubber tiles, if applicable, and other miscellaneous site work. Contractor shall provide labor and .material for temporary fence for the project-if project is unfinished- after first day of school, August 19, 2024. There is hazardous materials abatement involved.
The estimated construction value of the work is $350,000.00.
