Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Looking for subcontractors and suppliers who are DVBE certified related to trade packages such as roofing, concrete, abatement, demolition, wood sports gym flooring/painting, site utilities, sheet metal, and grout injection.
The district has a goal of 3% of the overall contract value to be DVBE certified organizations. The project scope includes replacement of existing damaged full gym wood sport flooring and underlayment, provide cover at gymnasium exterior wall, grout injection throught the gym floor and 6 feet up the perimeter walls, repair and replace existing roofing in certain areas with 80 mil TPO, adjust drainage pattern at interior courtyard, replace expansion joint cover at courtyard and hazardous material abatement.
