Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Temporary Office Trailer, On-site Temporary Facilities, Construction Progress Documentation (CPM), Survey, Traffic Control and Flagging, Water Truck Rental, Street Sweeping, Prepare SWPPP, Furnish/Install BMP's, Environmental Requirement Submittals, Potholing (to expose pipelines - Dry Vacuum), Subsurface Utility Locating, Automated Movement Detection Instruments, Install Temporary Power, Clearing and Grubbing, Excavation and Backfill, Field and Laboratory Quality Control Testing, Core Drilling, Cone Penetration Tests, Chain Link Fence and Gates, Furnish Cement, Furnish/Install Drainage Fabric and Pipe, Furnish/Install Geotextile Slope Protection, Furnish Geotextile Materials, Hydroseed, Planting (Landscaping), Trucking (Semi-end dumps, Flatbeds, Heavy Hauling), Furnish and Haul Base Rock and Rip Rap.
Please submit bids at least one day prior to bid date and include whatever certification you may have along with your DIR Registration and California Contractor's license number. Condon-Johnson is signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers and Carpenters Unions. Condon-Johnson will break down categories of work and delivery schedules will be accommodated to facilitate maximum participation. Condon-Johnson will assist with bonding, insurance and line of credit if requested.
