Ø Preconstruction Documentation (Photos/Videos)
Ø SWPPP Plan Preparation
Ø Rental Office Trailer (Class “A” Office)
Ø Asbestos Abatement Plan Preparation
Ø Non-Haz Asbestos Waste Removal/Disposal
Ø Noise Mitigation Plan Preparation
Ø Sound Barrier Construction & Removal
Ø Construction Schedule Preparation and Maintenance (Primavera P6)
Ø Potable Water Sampling & Testing for Potability
Ø Janitorial Services (for 865 sf office trailer – 2 times per week for 6 months)
Ø Utility Locating & Documentation Services
· Our bonding agency and insurance agencies are available to assist you with your bonding, lines of credit and/or insurance needs. We will also assist in obtaining equipment, materials and supplies as needed. Payment & Performance bonds may be required of any successful bidder that would provide labor on the project site. The Contractor Development and Bonding Program (CDABP) is administered by the Chief Executive Office of the County of Los Angeles for all County Construction Contracting Departments. The CDABP provides a broad range of contractor technical assistance, training, and support in qualifying for bonds, as well as contract financing for County awarded contracts. The CDABP assistance is available to prime and subcontractors.
· This is a prevailing wage project. Bali Construction, Inc.. encourages all interested CBE, MBE, DBE, DVBE, WBE, and OBE companies to contact us by 4:00 pm on 7/8/2024 to review with us your proposed scope of work. We will negotiate with qualified firms for project participation.
