Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

Steve Bubalo Construction Co. is preparing to bid for the following project as a prime contractor and is interested in receiving subcontractor quotations for items of work or materials required below from qualified and interested Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), Women Business Enterprise (WBE) and Small Business Enterprises (SBE).
Steve Bubalo Construction Co. is an equal opportunity employer and a Union signatory contractor. We have identified portions of the project to be performed by subcontractors and are requesting bids for the following:

 

Asphalt Concrete Restoration, Site Security Cameras, SWPPP Preparation and Monitoring, Traffic Control Preparation, Pipeline Disinfection and Chlorination, Saw Cutting, Furnish Ductile Iron Pipe fittings and appurtenances, Furnish Sand and Aggregate materials, Trucking, Land Survey, Soils and Compaction Testing. 

Subcontractors must have a valid California Contractor's License and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). When economically feasible, we will divide total contract requirements into small portions or quantities to permit maximum participation of DBEs. Subcontractors will be required to adhere to Steve Bubalo Construction Co.'s subcontract agreement and meet general insurance requirements.
