Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

Bid Package: Mobilization and installation of Temporary 50 MGD bypass pumping system. Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. 
Project Description: Work: Remove and dispose of four (4) existing sluice gates and associated appurtenances from inside existing secondary clarifiers flow splitter box; install Owner furnished, four (4) new sluice gates and associated appurtenances to replace existing. Work includes furnish, installation, and operation of temporary pumping and piping system to bypass up to 50 MGD of flow going to the splitter box with discharge directed to the center of four (4) existing 145 foot diameter secondary clarifiers; furnish and installation of temporary pipe plugs and one (1) permanent plug to isolate flow from entering and leaving the splitter box as necessary for work on sluice gates; draining the splitter box by pumping as necessary for work on sluice gates; and furnish and installation of temporary diesel powered engines for operation of bypass pumps. 

Prebid: A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on September 25th, 2024, 2:00 PM (MT) at the Haskell WWTP - IWQL Classroom, International Lab at 4100-L Delta Drive, El Paso Texas 79905. A job walk will follow. Job walk attendees will be required to bring PPE & Identification to gain access to the site.

Bidders shall not contact the Owner, Architect, or Engineers directly.
