Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Asphalt Paving, Steel Decking, Painting, Concrete Work, Rebar, Demolition, Saw Cutting, Electrical, Concrete Scanning, Metals, Mechanical Piping.
Major work includes the replacement of four grit
dewatering classifiers, a grit hopper, lighting at the Grit Dewatering Building
(Grit DWB), four reactor drain pumps, a reactor aerator at the Reactors;
improvements to the grit dewatering loading area, Reactor gallery drains, reactor
drain suction header, piping at the Aerated Grit Tanks; rehabilitation of Grit
DWB structure; addition of a washdown diversion structure at the Fats, Oils,
Grease (FOG) Receiving Station, flush line from Blend Tanks, sumps at Reactor
Gallery, flush connections at the Primary Sedimentation Gallery, east loading
provisions, and classifier ventilation header at the Grit DWB, flowmeters, and
pressure gauges at various locations.
All bids must
be in accordance with plans and specifications. Any deviations must be clearly
shown as an alternate.
100% Performance and payment bonds may be required. Assistance is available.
