Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Included but not limited to: aggregates, concrete, doors and windows, electrical, environmental support, fencing, geotechnical investigation, grant funding compliance, debris hauling, HVAC, masonry, metal studs and drywall, painting and coating, permitting support, pipe and fittings, potholing, precast concrete, roofing, scheduling, site civil, survey, and trucking.
We are seeking qualifications for the following trades, included but not limited to: aggregates, concrete, doors and windows, electrical, environmental support, fencing, geotechnical investigation, grant funding compliance, debris hauling, HVAC, masonry, metal studs and drywall, painting and coating, permitting support, pipe and fittings, potholing, precast concrete, roofing, scheduling, site civil, survey, and trucking.
We encourage qualifications from all Subcontractors/Suppliers including SBE/MBE/WBE/DBE/DVBE bidders.

Subcontractors will be required to sign the PERC Water Standard Subcontract Agreement, which includes the right for PERC Water to require subcontractors to furnish a faithful performance and labor bond, in a form and from a surety acceptable to PERC Water, in the amount of 100% of the Subcontract price.
Subcontractors will be required to comply with all subcontract insurance requirements, which includes providing a waiver of subrogation endorsement to their worker compensation insurance. The PERC Water Standard Subcontract Agreement is available for viewing at our Fountain Valley Office.
Contractor License Number, DIR Registration Number and DBE Certification must be included with any bid submission. All California public works projects are prevailing wage projects
