Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the design and construction of a new, relocated Rourke Bridge carrying Wood Street over the Merrimack River in Lowell, Massachusetts. The Project will also include complete removal of the existing temporary bridge structure, roadway reconstruction, highway drainage/storm water management facilities, traffic management, upgrading the traffic signals, highway lighting, landscaping, pavement markings and signage, utility relocation/protection and all other related bridge and highway work.
