Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Project scope consists the Modernization of gymnasium including gymnasium and locker room renovation,
restroom renovation, new ceilings and finishes throughout. Project also includes new
HVAC system and new lighting. Site work included path of travel upgrades. Alternates
include: Alternate #1: Bleacher System Replacement, Alternate #2: Gym Floor System and
Game Line Striping Replacement, Alternate #3: Storefront System Replacement
We are requesting proposals for all applicable trades from qualified subcontractors and/or suppliers for scopes such as but not limited to: demolition, concrete, framing, steel, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, ceilings, bathroom accessories, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, sitework, fire protection, etc.
The district has a goal of 3% participation of DVBE certified subcontractors.
Please send all bid request or questions to [email protected] NO LATER THAN 10/29/24 11AM in order for proper review. Buhler Commercial will require subcontractors payment and performance bonds for any contracts over $300,000.
