CEM Construction is preparing to bid for the following project as a prime contractor and is seeking subcontractor quotations for the trades and/or material suppliers listed below from qualified and interested Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE), Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women Business Enterprises (WBE), and Small Business Enterprises (SBE).
