Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
utilities, parking, soccer, baseball field, and sport court renovations, concrete sidewalks and compacted rock paths and pads, landscaping and irrigation.
The Work consists of construction of County’s Larson Park Improvements, at 329 DeChene Avenue Sonoma, California. The work includes, but is not limited to the construction of new utilities, parking, soccer, baseball field, and sport court renovations, concrete sidewalks and compacted rock paths and pads, restroom (provided by County), landscaping and irrigation. Add Alternate 1 is for demo of existing play area and construction of 2 new play structures, and Add Alternate 2 is construction of new group and family picnic sites.
