We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Bid Package 5 is comprised of the bid packages listed below.
The above bid packages are the only scopes bidding in Bid Package 5.

- Dewatering (Dewatering has been removed from this bid package and will be re-issued in bid package 6)

Qualified SLBE, MBE & WBE firms are encouraged to submit bids in response to this invitation. Please follow the bid submittal instructions provided in Attachment 1 - Instructions to Bidders. All bid the packages are due December 3, 2024 @ 2:00 PM (MT) unless changed via addendum.

Pre-Bid: A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held November 13, 2024 @ 10:00 AM (MT) via Microsoft Teams.
Questions should be in writing and directed to Alejandra Rodriguez at [email protected]. All questions, clarifications, or coordination issues must be in writing and reference the appropriate detail(s) and/or the specification section and paragraph via the RFI Submission Form no later than Ten (10) business days before the bid date. Bidders shall not contact the Owner, Architect, or Engineers directly.
