Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
casework, door hardware, window hardware, toilet accessories, evacuation chairs,
elevator, plumbing, HVAC, building automation, fire alarm, security system, finish carpentry, metal fabrications, paint, electrical, communications, paving, concrete,
abatement, architectural woodwork, doors and door frames, FRP, windows, glazing, skylights, gypsum board, plaster, linoleum flooring, resinous flooring, signage,
virtual display units, metal lockers, residential appliances, food service equipment, roller window shades, countertops, data
The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: The Project is generally described as: General School Modernization and reconstruction including but not limited to: Seismic Upgrades, Fire/Life-Safety upgrades, MEP upgrades, finish replacement, hazardous material removal, selective demolition work, new 4000 amp electrical service, and work associated with interim housing units.
CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THE WORK: Class B General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification respectively, or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.
PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: This project is a SFUSD 2016 Bond Program Project Labor Agreement Project.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre-Qualification: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure, as defined in Section 00 01 16. The list of Pre-Qualified General Contractors and Sub-Contractors is posted on the PQBids and SFUSD websites at:
