PROJECT LOCATION: 1240 Larkspur Road, Banning CA 92220

We are seeking quotes for construction, supplies, materials, equipment, and services (business services, professional services, etc) for the subject project. 

Project Scope: The project generally consists of site construction, building construction, plumbing, pipeline & valve installation, and equipment installation to extract and treat well water for potable use. The work includes, but is not limited to mobilization, demolition, site excavation, well pump installation, masonry, reinforced concrete, paving, grading, controls, coatings, system start-up & testing and all associated work as indicated in the Contract Documents.

The selected contractor & its sub-contractors shall comply with California prevailing wage requirements. All Contractors and sub-contractors shall also comply with the guidelines as outlined in the Code of Federal Regulations Grant document that can be attained via email.

Bonds for work performed will be required in the amount of 10%. General Lability Insurance shall be

$2,000,000 per occurrence for bodily injury, personal injury and property damage. Automobile Insurance coverage shall be $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury and property damage. (3) Workers compensation and Employee’s  Liability. Workers’ compensation limits as required by the Labor Code of the State of California. Employees Liability limits of $1,000,000 per accident for bodily injury or disease.
