Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

The Project is generally described as: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment at three elementary school campuses. The campuses are

• Moscone Elementary School:  2576 Harrison St, San Francisco, CA 94110

• Flynn Elementary School:  3125 Cesar Chavez St, San Francisco, CA 94110

• Malcolm X Elementary School:  350 Harbor Rd, San Francisco, CA 94124

Duration:  156 Calendar Days
This project is subject to a Project Labor Agreement that all subcontractors will need to agree to in order to work on this project.  All subcontracts over $300,000 will require a performance and payment bond.  Buhler Commercial is signatory to the carpenters and labors union.  In order to process all proposals please submit proposals by 11AM day of bid 1/16/25 to [email protected]
