Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The Project is generally described as: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment at four elementary school campuses.
Alvarado Elementary School – 625 Douglass St, San Francisco, CA 94114
Bessie Elementary School – 375 7th St, San Francisco, CA 94103
Mission Elementary School – 1670 Noe St, San Francisco, CA 94131
Sanchez Elementary School – 325 Sanchez St, San Francisco, CA 94114
NOTE: Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a
Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA. Also, Pre-Qualification: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors must submit a prequalification package a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to bid date in order to bid on this project.
