Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The Project is generally described as: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment at four elementary school campuses.

· Claire Lilienthal-Madison Campus - 3950 Sacramento St, San Francisco, CA, 94118
· Commodore Sloat Elementary School - 50 Darien Way, San Francisco, CA 94127
· Lakeshore Elementary School - 220 Middlefield Dr, San Francisco, CA, 94132
NOTE: Project Labor Agreement: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a
Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA. Also, Pre-Qualification: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors must submit a prequalification package a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to bid date in order to bid on this project.
