The Project is generally described as: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment at the following sites:

CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THE WORK: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Data cabling, fiber, and low-voltage system work must be performed by C-7 licensed contractor. Conduit and electrical work to be performed by C-10 licensed contractor Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.
PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors.
PRE-QUALIFICATION: All Bidders are hereby notified that this Project is subject to the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. All General Contractors must submit a prequalification package a minimum of ten (10) business days prior to bid date in order to bid on this project. No bids will be received or opened from Bidders who have not been pre-qualified through the District’s Pre-Qualification Procedure. General Contractors shall prequalify through PQ Bids at: https://go.pqbids.com/enroll-us.

Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding.
