Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
The Project consists of the renovation of a 13,500 square foot one-story. The renovation
includes:
Renovation of the HCAI-2 Skilled Nursing Facility Suite to HCAI-5 Acute Psychiatric
Health Unit Accommodating 12 beds.
Demolition of Existing Interior Walls to Accommodate New Scope of Work
New Site Work including but not limited to Parking, Hardscape, Landscape, Grading,
and Site Utilities.
Exterior Courtyard
Patient and Ambulance Drop Off.
Healthcare experience is strongly encouraged.
Project Schedule: Construction is projected to start 7/5/2025, with an overall construction
schedule of 12 MO.
