Steve Bubalo Construction Co. is preparing to bid for the following project as a prime contractor and is interested in receiving subcontractor quotations for items of work or materials required below from qualified and interested Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).  DBE Goal is 20%

Subcontractors must have a valid California Contractor's License and must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).  When economically feasible, we will divide total contract requirements into small portions or quantities to permit maximum participation of DBEs. Subcontractors will be required to adhere to Steve Bubalo Construction Co.'s subcontract agreement and meet general insurance requirements.
