Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Metal Fabrications, Miscellaneous Rough Carpentry, Architectural Woodwork, Thermal Insulation - Batts, Weather Barrier Underlayment, Wood Siding – Board and Plywood, Flashing and Sheet Metal – Galvanized, Joint Sealants, Hollow Metal Doors and Frames, Wood Doors - Flush, Access Doors and Panels, Overhead Coiling Doors, Door Hardware, Gypsum Board Assemblies – Wood Framing, Tiling, Acoustical Ceilings, Resilient Base, Linoleum Tile Flooring, Vinyl-Coated Fabric Wall Covering, Painting and Coating, Visual Display Boards, Signage, Solid Polymer Toilet Compartments, Toilet Accessories, Fire Extinguisher Cabinets – Semi-Recessed, Metal Storage Shelving, Plumbling, HVAC, Electrical, Intrusion Detection System, Fire Alarm, Earthwork, Trenching and Backfilling, Concrete for Exterior Improvements, Base Courses, Rigid Paving, Concrete Curbs and Gutters, Tactile Warning Surfaces, Chain Link Fences and Gates, Utility Structures, Sanitary Sewerage Utilities
The Work consists of, but not limited to, the reconfiguration of the existing office, library and classroom into a new media center, makerspace and outdoor teaching area.
License Requirements: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work.
