This project will rehabilitate approximately 10,524 reach-feet (1.99 reach-mile) of existing circular 6, 8, 10 and 12-inch sewer pipes by using spot repairs, remove and replace (R&R), and structural lining method. It will rehabilitate approximately 135 reach-feet of 6-inch, 8,692 reach-feet of 8-inch, 656 reach-feet of 10-inch, 1,041 reach-feet of 12-inch pipe. The proposed work also includes installing new 27-inch frame and cover maintenance holes, removing and replacing drop maintenance holes, removing flush tanks, removing lamp holes, remove and replacing existing maintenance hole, remodeling maintenance hole base, potholing and adjusting maintenance holes to grade, sewer bypass, odor control, clean & CCTV for sewer assessment, pre and post CCTV. The Board of Public Works anticipated level of MBE participation is 4%, WBE participation is 2%, SBE participation is 25%, EBE participation is 8%, and DVBE participation is 3% (See Part III of the Proposal). Prevailing wages.
