Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Scope of Work:
Demolition and replacement of roofing, insulation and accessories on buildings B, C, and D to roof deck structure involving but not limited to:
a. Removal and replacement of mechanical louvers, sheet metal flashings, roof drains and
select associated piping, and parapet sealants and select painting.
b. New TPO roof
c. Miscellaneous rough carpentry, concrete infill, storm drain piping, light fixture
replacement, acoustical ceiling tiles and fire alarm devices.
d. Abatement of hazardous materials
Trades Requested:
Mechanical, Demolition, Abatement, Concrete Rehabilitation, Final Cleaning, Painting, Roofing, Flashings/Sheet Metal, Plaster, Plumbing
Duration:
205 Calendar Days
Project is subject to a project labor agreement (PLA) that all subcontractors must agree to in order to work on this project. Buhler Commercial is signatory to carpenters and laborers union. Buhler Commercial requires performance/payment bonds from all subcontractors who have a contract value over $300,000.
In order to process all proposals please try and submit bids a day early on 3/5/25 by 4PM.
