The Project is generally described as including, but not limited to: Public Address System Upgrades including associated cabling, integrated clock-bell devices, wall speakers, exterior speakers and head-end equipment. The campuses are: • Glen Park Elementary School - 151 Lippard Ave., San Francisco, CA 94131 • Jean Parker Elementary School - 840 Broadway, San Francisco, CA, 94133 • Marshall Elementary School - 1575 15th Street, San Francisco, 94103 • New Traditions Elementary School - 2049 Grove St, San Francisco, CA 94117 • Rosa Parks Elementary School - 1501 O'Farrell Street, San Francisco, 94115 • Sherman Elementary School - 1651 Union St, San Francisco, CA 94123 PROJECT LABOR AGREEMENT: All Bidders are hereby notified that the District has a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) in effect on the Project and all contractors and subcontractors bidding this project will be required to comply with the PLA. CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE REQUIRED FOR THE WORK: Class B, General Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification or Sub-Contractor with Asbestos and Lead Certification performing the work. Data cabling, fiber, and low-voltage system work must be performed by C-7 licensed contractor. Conduit and electrical work to be performed by C-10 licensed contractor Any Bidder not so duly and properly licensed shall be subject to all penalties imposed by law.
