signatory to Operating Engineers, Laborers, Cement Masons and Carpenters unions. Bonding
Assistance is available upon request. A 100% payment bond and performance bond may be
required for the full amount of the subcontract price. Please provide a bond premium rate with

Kennedy at our office. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015 unless registered with the
Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 (with limited
exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a).
Subcontractors must possess a current contractor's license, insurance and worker's
compensation coverage and will be required to sign the standard Blois Construction, Inc.
