We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
TRADES REQUESTED: DEMO - Hazmat Abatement - Cast-in-Place - Concrete Reinforcement - Metal Fabrication - Wood Decking - Joint Sealers - Panel & Room Identification Signage - Site Furnishings - Plumbing - Earthwork - Landscaping - Asphalt, Concrete & Unit Paving - Playground Protective Surfacing - Fences - Plant Irrigation - Soil Prep - Planting - Utilities
The Project is described as: miscellaneous alterations and improvements to school interiors and exteriors affecting ADA access, and outdoor areas in seven zones to reduce impermeable paving, create cooler and
more natural learning environments, mitigate solar and wind exposure, and manage stormwater drainage. The project also involves hazardous materials abatement.
