Skyven Technologies will be seeking competitive bids via a Request for Proposal (RFP) for design services for basic engineering (30% design), detailed engineering I (60% design) and detailed engineering II (90% design). This project is for the installation of Skyven Technologies Arcturus steam generating heat pump (SGHP) at Western New York Energy(WNYE) in Medina, NY. The Arcturus system combines the latest in mechanical vapor recompression technology with waste heat recovery to generate industrial steam from electricity with minimal carbon dioxide emissions.
WNYE is located in Medina, NY and was founded in 2004 to develop the full potential of Western New York's energy resources while utilizing best practices and the highest ethanol standards.

This project will receive federal funding from the Department of Energy. Prevailing wage is not required.
