Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Traffic Control and Signage, Landscaping (Erosion Control, Irrigation, Planting), Paving, Concrete (Stamped), Concrete (Barrier), Striping, Guardrail Installation (Fencing)
Please submit bids at least one day prior to bid date and include any certification you may have along with your DIR registration number. 100% Performance and Payment Bonds may be required for the full amount of Subcontract Price. Subcontractors must possess a current contractors license, as well as insurance and workers compensation coverage meeting John Madonna Construction's requirements. Subcontractors will be required to sign John Madonna Construction's standard Subcontract Agreement. Assistance with Plans and specifications is available.by calling or emailing John Madonna Construction Inc.
