YOUDA BUILDERS INC. is requesting quotes from all qualified subcontractors and suppliers but not limited to:
CARPENTRY, CABINETRY, STRUCTURAL STEEL, HAZMAT ABATEMENT

The Project is generally described as including but not limited to: Remove the existing exterior windows and sawcut new openings through the concrete walls and provide egress doors for classrooms 32 and 34 on the ground floor. Provide new exterior landing with steps and accessible ramp out to the play yard.  Sawcut new opening through the existing concrete wall and provide one egress door for classroom 142 on the first floor. Provide exterior metal staircase assembly including concrete footings.  Remove low wall in room 142 and install new casework including repairs to the interior walls and floor finishes. Remove existing power and data cabling and modify to accommodate new work. Remove and modify the existing cabinets in rooms 32 and 34 including repairs to the interior walls and floor finishes.

Reconfigure the toilet partitions in the Boys and Girls toilets on the ground floor to provide ambulatory stalls.  Perform hazardous materials and lead paint abatement. The estimated construction cost is $600,000.00.

Subcontractors shall provide performance and payment bond if required.
