Introduction 
Decypher Technologies, Inc. is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed commercial contractors for the remodeling of our office space located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This project aims to reconfigure our existing layout to better meet our operational needs. 

 

Project Overview 
The scope of work for this project includes the following tasks: 

  1. Reconfiguring wall space to create a new layout. 

  1. Installing new flooring throughout the office. 

  1. Relocating a kitchenette to a newly designated area. 

  1. Removing existing bathrooms as part of the remodel. 

  1. Repainting and finishing the overall space to align with our new design. 

 

Project Specifications  

  • We have prepared current and proposed floor plans, which are available for review. 

  • The contractor is expected to collaborate with us to ensure adherence to our timeline and budget. 

 

Timeline 
The anticipated start date for construction is May 15, 2025, with completion required to allow our team to move in by June 15, 2025. 

 

Proposal Submission Requirements 
Interested contractors must submit the following: 

  1. A company profile including relevant experience and qualifications. 

  1. Evidence of licensing and insurance. 

  1. Preliminary project timeline. 

  1. Cost estimates are based on the scope of work. 

  1. References from previous clients. 

  1. Any additional information deemed relevant to support the proposal. 

 

Deadline for Submission 
All proposals must be submitted by April 20, 2025. Late submissions will not be considered.
