Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
SWPPP; asbestos and lead abatement; demolition; earthwork; waterline installation; HMA paving; pavement markings; AC grinding; saw cutting - concrete and AC; CIP concrete work; reinforcing steel; welded steel water tanks; steel water tank storage coating; masonry - CMU; rough carpentry; insulation; metal roofing; hollow metal doors and frames; painting and coating; HVAC; electrical & telecommunications; SCADA system integration; intrusion detection; chain link fences and gates; hydroseeding; waterline pipe and appurtenances; precast concrete vaults; potable water supply well; traffic control; project signs; trucking - on/off site hauling; trench safety products; rental equipment
Construction of new 1,000,000-gallon welded steel tank, a 250,000-gallon welded steel tank, booster pump station modifications, one well and well building, one pressure-reducing valve station; installation of 12" and 8" water main line and (2) fire hydrants.
Project is scheduled to begin in Spring/Summer of 2025 and be completed in 600 calendar days.
Engineer's estimate of project value is $5,550,000 to $6,150,000.00.
DBE subcontractors are required to furnish a completed Form 4500-3 (DBE Subcontractor Performance Form) with their bid. Please call Timberworks' office if you need a blank form.
Bids must be received by 12:00 p.m. on bid date in order to be considered.
