We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

Atkinson/Clark, a joint venture of Guy F. Atkinson Construction and Clark Construction Group, is seeking certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) and Small Business (SB) partners to join our team for the SANDAG & Caltrans Otay Mesa East Port of Entry Project.
This project is anticipated to have a DBE participation goal of 20% - 25%, with a 15-20% Small Business participation objective. Only DBEs certified in the California Unification Certification Program (CUCP) will count towards the DBE participation goal. The OME POE project has a Community Benefits Agreement (CBA).

Otay Mesa East Port of Entry Project will have multiple procurement phases. Notification of additional scopes of work will be announced when available and advertised in a timely manner.
