Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

Cannon is seeking qualifications from certified DBE firms to provide the following services in support of the City of Fullerton’s Harbor Boulevard Complete Streets Improvement Project:
• Surveying
• Geotechnical engineering
• Traffic Signal Design
• Traffic Control
• Landscaping

Services will support final design of street improvements along a one-mile segment of Harbor Boulevard. Work includes topographic surveying, subsurface exploration, and assistance with public engagement during preliminary and final design.
INTERESTED PARTIES MUST RESPOND BY 12:00 PM, Friday, April 25, 2025.
