Scope / Description

We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:

Reyes Construction, Inc.. is seeking certified and qualified SBE, SDB, WOSB, VOSB , SDVOSB, HUBZone subcontractors and/or suppliers to provide Subcontractors- CMU Block Building, Demolition, Pre-Fabricated Metal Building, Trucking, Painting, Quality Control, Abatement, Fencing, Instrumentation, SCADA, Structural Steel, Doors & Windows, HVAC, Roofing Bridge Crane, Reinforcing Steel Suppliers- BMP Material, Aggregate, Waterworks, Valves, Pumps, Drainage Pipe, Ready Mix, Roof Ventilators Water Meters, Precast Concrete

This project has been awarded to Reyes Construction, Inc. 

Description of Work:

Design-Build (DB) services include installation of two (2) new 1.5 million gallon, above ground welded steel, reservoirs that meet American Water Works Association and standards for potable water. Reservoirs shall be properly vented, have access points and a drainage system. Work will include installation of new isolation valves, check valves, meters, piping, vaults, level sensors and control systems to connect to the new pumphouse and existing upstream/downstream piping. The replacement facilities must be completed. Commissioned and operational before the existing facilities can be taken offline and demolished.

Contract Duration: 910 Calendar Days

Assistance will be available in obtaining bonds, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, supplies, materials or related technical assistance. For information on the availability of scope of work, plans, and specifications, please contact our office.
