Scope / Description
We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Glass & Glazing, Hazardous Abatement, Carpentry, Painting
The Project is generally described as:
Selective replacement of the existing exterior wood and steel windows including the surrounding frames, trims, sheet metal flashings, and sills. Work shall also include hazardous materials and lead paint abatement as described and specified in section 00 31 26 of the contract documents, and access-related renovation in the parking lots and restrooms.
