We are requesting bids for the following trades and/or material suppliers:
Lead Compliance Plan, Traffic Control System, Portable Radar Speed Feedback Sign Systems, Portable Changeable Message Sign, Automated Flagger Assistance Device, Water Pollution Control Program, Treated Wood Waste, Wood Mulch, Remove Roadside Sign (Wood / Metal Post), Furnish Single Sheet Aluminum Sign (0.080"-Unframed), Furnish Single Sheet Aluminum Sign (0.080"-Framed), Roadside Sign (One / Two Post), Install Roadside Sign Panel On Existing Post, Maintaining Existing Traffic Management System Elements, and All Material Suppliers.

A 100% payment bond and performance bond will be required. Vanguard will pay bond premium up to 2%. Please note that no contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project (submitted on or after March 1, 2015) unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)].
